I, the undersigned, grant to Allotrope Holdings, LLC, and its affiliates, agents and employees (“Allotrope”), the unrestricted, irrevocable, and worldwide permission to use and publish the still images, videos, photographs, and/or recordings of my image (including individual body parts, i.e. hands) and/or voice in whole or in part, with or without alterations, for any legal purpose, public or private, commercial or any other purposes whether that use is known to me or not. I hereby agree that all intellectual rights of any kind, including copyrights, to the moving images still images, videos, photographs, recordings, thereof, belong solely to Allotrope and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation, other than listed above of any kind arising from or related the use of such. I agree and understand that Allotrope may license or sell the images to other third parties and I waive any rights to royalties or other compensation of any kind arising from or related the use of such materials.

I am 18 years of age or older and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read the above and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
